Who We Are Our Approach

Keyora Consult is Kenya's first dedicated off-market property consultancy. We are not a real estate agency. We do not list properties. We do not take mandates from sellers and buyers simultaneously. We do not earn commission from developers, split fees with agents, or earn referral income from any party in any transaction we advise on.

We are a consultancy — a firm that is engaged and paid by a client to provide independent, expert advice on a specific problem, and whose fee structure is structured to eliminate every conflict of interest that the traditional agency model builds in.

This model exists in mature property markets around the world. It has never existed in Kenya — until now. Keyora Consult was founded to bring it here, and to give Kenyan property buyers, sellers, and investors access to the kind of independent professional advice that the most sophisticated property buyers in the world have always had access to.

We are based in Nairobi at Edens Business Park, Mombasa Road. We serve clients across Kenya and the Kenyan diaspora worldwide.

The Kenyan property market has a structural problem that everyone who has tried to buy or sell property in Kenya has encountered firsthand: the advice you receive is almost never independent. Agents represent both sides. Developers fund their own sales teams. Brokers earn from completions, not from the quality of their counsel.

The result is a market where buyers overpay, sellers underachieve, and the most important financial transactions of people's lives are guided by professionals whose financial interests are structurally misaligned with the outcomes they claim to be advising on.

Keyora Consult was built to change that. We structured the firm from the ground up as a pure consultancy — with a fee model, a client mandate system, and an operational approach that makes genuine independence possible. Not as a marketing claim, but as a structural reality.

We are the first firm in Kenya to do this. We will not be the last. But we are proud to be the first.

Property transactions in Kenya carry real risk. We do not conduct abbreviated due diligence, accept seller-provided documents as verification, or allow time pressure to compromise the integrity of the checks we perform. Every engagement receives the full process, every time.

We build relationships, not deal flow. A client who trusts us with one transaction and finds that we delivered completely is worth more to us than a high volume of transactional engagements where the client's outcome was secondary to ours. We measure success by client outcomes, not by deal count.
