The People

The team behind Kenya's first
off-market property consultancy.

Property expertise is only as good as the people who deliver it — and their commitment to the client's outcome above everything else.

Keyora Consult is built around a team of property professionals whose combined experience spans residential and commercial advisory, land acquisition, legal verification, investment analysis, and diaspora property services across Kenya. Every member of the team operates under the same structure: single-client mandates, fixed advisory fees, and no commission from any transaction.

Keyora Consult team Kenya property advisory culture

A team built around
the client's outcome

Every member of the Keyora Consult team operates under the same mandate: the client's outcome is the only measure of success. Not the number of transactions completed, not the value of deals advised on, not the speed with which engagements are closed.

This creates a culture that is genuinely unusual in Kenya's property market. We celebrate engagements where we advised a client not to proceed with a transaction that was not in their interest. We view a clean due diligence report — one that finds a title problem before money changes hands — as one of the most valuable things we can deliver, even though it means a transaction does not complete.

Independence as a team value

Our commitment to independence is maintained not just through structural rules but through genuine team culture. Every member of the team understands why the fee model is designed the way it is, why dual mandates are prohibited, and why source-based verification is non-negotiable. These are not policies handed down from management — they are values that the team holds collectively, because everyone here understands what they make possible.

Learning and development

Kenya's property market evolves continuously — in its regulatory environment, its registry systems, its fraud patterns, and its market dynamics. Every member of the Keyora team participates in ongoing professional development, including regular briefings on regulatory changes, Land Registry system updates, and market condition analysis to ensure that the advice we give is always current and grounded in the reality of today's market.

Work with Kenya's first independent
property consultancy

Keyora Consult is building something new in Kenya's property market, and we are looking for professionals who share our commitment to independence, honesty, and client outcomes above all else. We are interested in people with backgrounds in property advisory, land law, financial analysis, architecture, and property valuation.

We do not hire for transaction volume or sales targets. We hire for expertise, integrity, and a genuine commitment to giving clients the independent advice they deserve. If that describes you, we would like to hear from you.

Send a brief introduction and your CV to advisory@keyoraconsult.com, or complete the expression of interest form.
